Innago provides several tenant screening options to help you find the right prospective renters. You decide which screening option you’d like completed.

Please note that all fees mentioned below are charged to the applicant, not to you.

​1. Application Only - Free!

This is the most basic application option. You will only receive a rental application from your prospective tenant(s). Credit, criminal, and eviction reports are not included. You can customize the questions and answers that are collected. After an application is submitted and reviewed, you can request additional screening as needed.

​2. Application + Criminal + Credit - Applicant pays $30

This screening option includes your custom rental application as well as your tenant’s criminal and credit history reports. It also includes checks of the National Most Wanted databases and National Sex Offender Public Registry.

​3. Application + Criminal + Credit + Eviction - Applicant pays $35

This is an upgraded screening option which provides you the same reports described above, plus an eviction history report.

Note - You can charge your tenants an additional application fee for all the above tenant screening options. Our current default for this additional fee is set to $0, so you can update this amount based on your preferences.
